- Camp Landa Resort is open year-round.
- Specific campsites and cottages may be requested, however they are not guaranteed. Should you wish to secure a specific campsite or cottage, we offer the opportunity through a site lock fee. If you opt out of the lock fee, you are guaranteed the selected site or cottage type, but not the specific site or cottage number.
- If you would like extended access after check-out, please call for availability. There is a fee of $10 an hour for extended access.
- Each site accommodates 1 RV and 2 vehicles.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a campsite or cottage.
- Personal golf carts are allowed. An additional fee of $20 per booking will be charged to your bill.
- Wristbands will be issued to each registered guest and must be worn at all times while you are a guest of Camp Landa Resort. These wristbands will allow you to access resort amenities, activities, and facilities.
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms.
- Campfires are allowed in the guest site fire pits or community fire pit only. All fires must be properly extinguished when not attended and must be of reasonable size. For your convenience, the General Store has wood bundles available for purchase. Wood or charcoal only may be burned. Please follow state and local guidelines regarding burn bans.
- Quiet hours: Daily 11:00PM-8AM.
- RV site check-in is 1:00PM, check-out is 12:00PM.
- Cottage check-in is 4:00PM, check-out is 12:00PM.
- Basic Wifi is free of charge. An additional charge will be assessed for streaming services at a minimal fee.
- Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (3 years of age and older). Additional person fees apply: $10 per person per booking. There are no additional charges for infants. No camping allowed.
- Camp Landa cottages are non-smoking. An excessive cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed if policy is violated.
- Dogs are allowed at Camp Landa. Dog owners are responsible for clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive dogs from the resort. Dogs must be on a leash or lead at all times except for when visiting the dog park.
- There is a speed limit of 5 MPH in all areas of the resort. All vehicles must adhere to the speed limit at all times.
- Do not drive on grass. Vehicles must stay on paved road.
- Emptying grey water or sewage tanks on the grounds is in violation of State Law and will not be tolerated.
- All persons under the age of 14 must have a supervising companion to be in the pool.
- Pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves as well as the safety of their children.
- We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund.
- Proper swim attire is required.
- Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment.
- Children must wear a proper swim diaper or diapers approved for pool use.
- Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut-offs, under garments, swim wear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics.
- Glass bottle or containers, and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the pool area.
- Coolers with food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.
- Larger outside flotation devices including floats and rafts are not permitted.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, except for working service animals.
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area.
- For your safety, pool or attractions may need to close during severe weather. If weather causes a closure every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable or violates our Resort’s rules, regulations and/or any staff directives.
- Non-Resort guests must leave property by 11:00PM.
- Respect fellow campers. Do not cut thru sites.
- No washing vehicles or RVs onsite.
- Absolutely no repairs to RVs or motor vehicle modifications are allowed inside the park.
