how far in advance should i make a reservation
It is smart to book at least 6 months in advance to ensure you get the camping spot you desire most. Our campsites fill up quickly!
WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
RV site check-in is 1:00PM, check-out is 12:00PM.
Cozy Cabin check-in is 4:00PM, check-out is 11:00AM.
WHAT ARE THE POOL FEATURES? IS IT BOTH ADULT AND KID FRIENDLY?
The Camp Landa pool is fully heated and family friendly. During hot periods, we lower the heater for a more refreshing experience. The pool features a luxury swim-up bar for adults, plenty of seating, and much more for everyone to enjoy!
Do you offer monthly rentals?
We offer monthly rentals after Labor Day Weekend and before Memorial Day Weekend. Due to zoning restrictions, the maximum duration a camper can stay in a spot is 6 months. For more information, please complete the Winter Texan online form.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in common areas, including the pool, Paradise Patio, Campstore, Yum Yum Cafe, and inside cabins.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
50% deposit collected at time of booking and balance paid day of check-in. Cancel 3 days prior to arrival date and receive full refund.
For monthly guests, $250 deposit collected at time of booking and balance paid day of check-in. Cancel 30 days prior to arrival date and receive full refund. Cancel within 30 days and guest forfeits deposit.
Are alcoholic beverages permitted?
We allow outside alcohol in any area not restricted by our TABC license. Therefore, outside alcohol is not permitted in the pool area, Campstore, or Yum Yum Cafe.
CAN I HAVE A CAMPFIRE AT MY SITE?
Campfires are allowed in the community fire pit only. Grills are available at The Bluffs & Poolside sites. Fires must be properly extinguished when not attended and must be of reasonable size.
HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN I BRING?
Each RV site accommodates up to 1 RV and no more than two vehicles. Your RV and vehicles must fit on your site. We not have overflow parking. We do not have overflow parking.
Is Wifi available?
Yes, WiFi is available for your convenience. Please note that speeds may vary depending on the number of campers in the park and the amount of guests using it at the same time. At times, WiFi may not be accessible, but we encourage you to enjoy the many other exciting activities and amenities we offer!
Can we bring our golf cart?
Yes, we do have a $20 fee for personal golf carts and you must register your cart upon check-in.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Dogs are welcome at Camp Landa at no extra charge. Owners must clean up after their pets, manage noise, and ensure vaccinations are up to date. Dogs must be leashed at all times, except in the dog park. They are not allowed in the cabins, pool area, and Yum Yum Cafe.
can I bring outside food & drinks to pool?
You may bring coolers as long as they don't contain alcohol or glass containers. We periodically conduct cooler checks to ensure compliance with TABC regulations and to maintain guest safety.
CAN I BRING A CAMPING TENT?
No tents allowed at RV sites or cottages.
CAN FRIENDS VISIT FOR THE DAY?
You can have up to eight people per site. For guests beyond four, there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night, which will be applied for each night of your reservation.
Do you have quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
what forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin?
Specific campsites and cabins can be requested, but are not guaranteed. But we do make it available for you to pay an applicable locking fee to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin.
